NEW ZEALAND VISA MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS
Times of examinations: Weekday mornings and afternoons and Saturday mornings

Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 6.00 pm, or
Saturday 8.30 am to 12.30 pm
Time required: Full examination - 1 to 1½ hours.
X-ray only - 15 to 30 minutes.
Women are requested not to come during menstruation as this can make interpretation of the urine test difficult.
Results:
- The completed documents will be available for collection two to three working days after the day of the examination to allow time for the blood test results to be received. For applicants aged 14 and below the documents will be ready on the day of the examination.
- The completed documents and chest X-ray film may also be sent by delivery service (eTakyubinf) if requested, at the applicant's risk and cost, thus saving an extra visit to the Clinic.
Please bring the following with you:
- The form provided by the New Zealand Embassy
- A valid passport (not copy)
- Glasses or contact lenses, if worn
- Three passport size colour photographs for the full examination, one if an X-ray
only is required
Fees (including tax):
The full adult examination requires extensive laboratory tests and these are included in the cost:
Adult aged 15 and above ¥37,800
Child aged 11 to 14 years ¥16,800
Child aged 10 years and below ¥10,500
X-ray only ¥11,550
